Return Policy:

We realize that sometimes it is difficult to make a decision on what video to buy, particularly an instructional video, so we make it easy for you. Within 30 days of your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the video to us for a full refund. Just pay the shipping to get it back to us and we will issue the refund as soon as it arrives. Of course, you can also opt for an exchange as well. It's up to you.

And, of course, in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the video (DVD or VHS) we will replace it, exchange it, or refund it at no charge.

In the event of an exchange you will have to pay any price difference between the videos. And we will issue a credit if you select a cheaper video.
